Our Purpose: Our purpose is to assist leaders and organizations in developing and nurturing a High Performance Workplace Culture, based on unchallenged Laws of Nature.
Our Vision and Mission: Our Vision is “to be the leading source of inspiration and ethical guidance for our clients’ organizations, in all the markets we operate in”. We will achieve this by assisting our clients’ organizations “being the best” in their chosen endeavors by creating ethical, humane, inspiring, and high-performing workplaces.
Our Values: Values are deeply held beliefs about what is good, right, and appropriate. They provide the guidance system to people and organizations. Instead of limiting ourselves to a few set of values, our inspiration comes from the following divine message:
“By The Time. Verily, man is in loss. Except those who believe and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth, and recommend one another to patience.” (103:01-03)
The above-mentioned verse from Quran provides the following behavioral guidelines:
1. Believe in (i.e. if something is “right”, one has to believe it, first)
2. Do the righteous good deeds (i.e. simple believing is not good, unless it is acted upon)
3. Recommend one another to the truth (i.e. only once something is believed and practiced by someone, he/she gets the right, to recommend it to others)
4. Recommend one another to patience (i.e. continue persevering on acting upon your beliefs and recommending it to others, with patience). A right behavior should never be opted due to the rewards it promises. It should be carried out because of inner satisfaction. The motivation should be internal. Rewards, of course will follow, but should not be the driving force.
Our values, thus are driven through this divine message:
1. That we truly believe in each and every word of what we offer.
2. We practice, every word of what we recommend to others.
